Daksha Patel, B.Sc (Biochemistry), RNCP.
Daksha holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from McMaster University. She is a certified Nutritional Consultant Practitioner and an IONC (International Organization of Nutritional Consultants) member. In 2019, Daksha obtained her certification in Methylgenetic Nutrition Analysis. She analyzes her client’s genetic makeup and identifies epigenetic triggers, strengths and weaknesses in their metabolic pathways. She individualizes her plans and recommends the necessary nutritional and lifestyle modifications to support weak pathways to bring systems in balance. She routinely educates herself on current and upcoming studies and technologies. Daksha is passionate about helping clients achieve their health goals and well-being through disease prevention and health promotion through education and lifestyle changes.
